Motivation and communication with the team

Motivate and communicate with the staff members are crucial points to lead a team. This program proposes to the managers to improve their competences to guide their staff.

This goal is reached through an innovative procedure, which connects together the individual counselling with the interactive training in small groups. The self-development process is tailored on the manager needs and in the same time they can share with other colleagues this coaching experience through the work group

The process begins with the identification of the personal style to lead a group, the strength and weak points are pointed out and the coaching process produce insight and actions to improves the performances.

The analysis of the manager attentional and interpersonal style permits to build a self-development program based on the individual characteristics of the participants; avoiding the danger, so frequent in the traditional courses, to propose a program too vague or far from the needs and the expectations of the managers.

The next step is the work in a small group, no more than 12 managers. The aim is to experiment new and positive ways to pay attention and to communicate, through practical situations, games and role plays.

The program is the following:
  1. Attentional and Interpersonal Style assessment (TAIS)
  2. First interview with each manager to present their TAIS results - time required 90 minutes
  3. Second interview with each manager to identify the mental and interpersonal fitness level of her team - time required 90 minutes
  4. Workshop of two days in small group about how to improve the commitment of the team and the interpersonal communication
